Managing All Your Pets in One Place: With our latest updates, you can now manage all your identibase pets under one email address. However, this change may result in some pets not appearing on your account for various reasons:
- Mismatch in Contact Details: The contact details, such as addresses or phone numbers, may not match for all pets, even if the email address is correct.
- Different Email Addresses: You might have used a different email address when registering that specific pet.
- No Email Provided: An email address may not have been provided at the time of registration.
Rest Assured: All your pets are still safely registered and accessible to the identibase team, vets, and rescues with access to our database.
What You Can Do: To resolve this issue, simply send us an email with your information. Please include details of the pets you can't see and their microchip numbers, if possible. Our team will work on moving all your pets onto one account for you.
Adding a New Pet: If this is a new pet you are adding to the database, you can do so by clicking 'Add a new pet' from your account dashboard.
