Having trouble adding a picture to your pet’s Digital ID? (Help desk ticket)
- You can add an image of your pet(s) no matter your plan.
- To do this, please log into your account and select My Pets from the top of your dashboard; alternatively, you can click your pet’s name, which is next to this button:
- Once in your pet’s bio, you should see your pet’s name and other details like species, breed, and sex. At the top of the page, you’ll see a circular paw icon with a small button which says “Add image.”
- After clicking the “add image” button, you are prompted with a “choose” button. Clicking the “choose” button will allow you to select a photo from your device.
- After selecting a photo from your device, please ensure your pet is in the centre of the frame with no other pets or people in the picture. Once you are happy with the selected image, click the green “upload button”.
- Once your image has been successfully uploaded, you will be taken back to your pet’s bio, where you will see a green box at the top of the screen confirming that the image was updated. The image box will now be populated with the image you selected. If you cannot see your pet in the circular window, it likely means that the image you uploaded does not have the correct dimensions and needs to be resized.
