Log into Your Account: The quickest way to update your address or contact details is by logging into your account and navigating to the "my account" tab.

Updating details: From here you can select the details you wish to update on the right-hand side.
- Membership Benefits: If you are a member of identibase+, identialert, or identifind, you have the convenience of unlimited changes to your account information. Additionally, identialert and identifind memberships offer the option to add secondary/alternative addresses.
- For Basic Customers: If you are a basic customer, you will need to upgrade your account to one of the memberships mentioned above to unlock unlimited changes of details. See our memberships here!
My post code isn't recognised?
If you're registering an address with an unrecognised postcode, please follow these steps:
- Condense the full address into Address Lines 1 & 2.
- Enter the dummy postcode:
XX99 9XXinto the Postcode field.
Example:
Address Line 1: identibase, Moorside, Monks Cross Drive
Address Line 2: Huntington, YO32 9GZ
City: York
County: North Yorkshire
Postcode: XX99 9XX
