We are pleased to inform you that we can register microchips from outside the UK onto our database. However, please note that if the microchip is not recognized on a UK DEFRA-approved database, you will not be able to proceed with the registration online at this stage.
To register your pet's microchip, please contact our team at 03309 128077, and we will assist you in completing the registration process.
Service Charge: There is a £36 service charge to register your pet's chip onto the identibase database. This fee includes a 12-month identialert membership, providing access to the UK’s most comprehensive missing pet alert system.
Membership Benefits: Included as part of your identialert or identifind (or existing Premium) membership is the peace of mind of transferring all your pets from any database to your identibase account at no extra charge.
