Your identibase account may not have an email address linked to it. An email address is needed to complete your pet’s microchip registration and to create access to your online account.
2.Email Address Issue:
We believe there may be a problem with the email address provided for the microchip registration. We need to verify your correct email address to ensure your pet’s registration is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Information from a Vet or Pet Professional:
We were provided your information by a vet or pet professional who has initiated the registration of your pet’s microchip. As the pet’s keeper, you are required to review and complete the registration process.
Important Note: We will never ask you to reply to a text message we send. Instead, you will be directed to log in to your identibase account to complete any necessary actions.
